Per Ordinance 8, 2006 - In order to receive a permit, the applicant must show proof that the applicant has registered with the City Income Tax Department. Payment of $25.00 for 7-day permit.

Taxi Cab Business Owner: Application/Approval Process - $10.00
- At the time the request is made for a permit, a bond of $5,000 will also be required. The fee for such permit shall be $50.00 with the exception if the street to be opened is concrete, the fee shall be $100.00. Initial approval is required from the Director of Planning. Ordinace 5, 2006.
- Go to Service-Saftety Director's Office to receive approval for placement of sign. Once approved, Free of $15.00 is payable in the Mayor's office. Yearly renewal - $5.00.
- Per Ordiance 58, 2004 regarding coin-operated amusement devices, there is a license fee of $30.00 per machine. Applications for owner, distributor and exhibitor license shall be made to the Mayor's office on forms provided by the Mayor's office. Every license issued pursuant to the provisions listed shall expire at 11:59 p.m. on Novemeber 30th of each year, unless earlier revoked.
- Ordinance 20, 2008 allocates no more than 25 permits to Lot "T" and no more than 40 permits to Lot "G" on Sixth Street. A parking permit holder shall not be subject to the time restriction designated by any sign located in the designated area set forth in Ordinance 20, 2008.
Permits are also available for the parking lot on Fifth Street. A parking permit does not guarantee a parking space and the City assumes no risk with regard to the permit holders' vehicle. Permits may be purchased three (3) days prior to the beginning of the applicable month. A parking permit shall be registered to a specific motor vehicle and correspond to that license plate number and the permit applicant shall supply the vehicle license plate number. The owner or operator of that motor vehicle shall display the parking permit on the dash of the vehicle.
Parking permits are $15.00 per month.

- Must be approved and obtained from the Mayor's Office .Any public protest on city property also requires a permit from the Mayor's office.
- Application with details of streets to be blocked off must be obtained from the Mayor's office and submitted two (2) weeks prior to event. Review and approval to be received from Plice Check, Fire Chief, and Service-Safety Director. Public safety will always be the first considerations.
Property owners and/or people in possession of properties located within a two (2) block radius shall be notified.
